ABOUT CAITLIN AND HER PARADISE

Caitlin was originally born in Columbus, Ohio, although her family moved to sunny Venice, Florida when she was just 3 weeks old, she's technically a true Sarasota Native. They owned a small mom and pop restaurant where she began her love for hospitality. Growing up in a big family taught Caitlin the value of independence, resilience, and creating your own path- qualities. After attending local community college in Sarasota, she traveled to San Diego, California and worked for a top Construction company in administration, while it was a great experience and learnings, her love for being close to family ultimately called her back to Sarasota. A woman with many interests, she moved on to receive her 200RYT in Costa Rica to teach yoga.

In 2016, she had her first daughter, Luna, and in 2024 she had her second daughter, Stella. Caitlin and her fiancé, John, live in Gulf Gate of Sarasota where they adore the local community, and believe this is exactly where they want to raise their family. They fill their home lots of laughter, music and their fur babies, Sassy and Calvin. 

Throughout the years, Caitlin has always had a strong desire to work in Real Estate. With a genuine passion for helping others and a strong local background, Caitlin is committed to making every real estate experience authentic, informed, and personal. As a dedicated professional and mom of two girls she understands the importance of finding a home that fits not just a lifestyle, but a family. 

When she's not helping clients navigate the real estate market, you'll likely find her going for a run, working out at OrangeTheory, or cooking at home with her family-sharing family recipes and creating new ones together.
